Labquip – Our History

Labquip’s beginnings were established back in 1982 by John Cusack from a kitchen table. Today, Labquip is an inter-generational family business that includes and advances many key members of staff – all part of the Labquip family.

There is no substitute for experience in the scientific, inspection and quality assurance markets: Labquip’s steady growth through the past 40 years of trading is therefore based on detailed and conscientious problem-solving for Ireland’s scientific and inspection communities.

Pro-active successful representation in Ireland and Northern Ireland for international manufacturers resulted in Labquip NDT Ltd being established in the UK in 2015. The inclusion of the UK within the Labquip group primarily extends the market reach for both Bruker Handheld and Waygate Technologies.

This recent expansion also brings the Labquip Group’s traditional trademark of loyal and local support to new market territories. The move has been welcomed by customers and suppliers alike for the benefits, service and expertise that it brings.

Labquip (Ireland) Limited is an Irish owned company based in Fonthill, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 at the main motorway links to Dublin area, West, North and South. We hold product stock for same day collection and next day delivery.
