Flyability’s Elios 2 Inspection Drone is a collision-tolerant confined space inspection drone. The use of automatic stabilization makes even novice pilots feel at ease.
An uninterrupted crash proof 4k and thermal image camera is placed in the front of the drone on a patented payload system which can be found on no other confined space inspection drone.
A distance lock feature instructs the drone to maintain the same distance from an object. In inspecting a tank wall the operator would engage the distance lock, and then just navigate the drone around the tank circumference – making for a continuously clear and stable image.
A range extender is also available for the difficult-to-access areas and in particular for any concrete tank inspections. This allows the user to fly with confidence.
The Elios 2 has 10K Lumin adjustable light output with oblique lighting capabilities. This is essential for corrosion and weld inspection. The Elios 2 also has dust proof lighting which allows the drone to inspect in dusty environments.
The Elios 2 drone comes with a tablet that is already installed with Cockpit 2.0 Software. This software allows you to input data before your mission and record points of interest aong your mission. Once the mission is complete, the user can plug the drone into a computer and upload all the details from the mission.
Inspector Software also comes as standard with the Elios 2 drone which allows the user to carry out 2D measurements from the flight and to also easily create a report. Inspector Premium is also available, and this creates 3D images and mapping for any inspection.
